After spending a night in The Restful Watchman tavern you can find Olaf Cold - Heart standing outside of the building. The man asks you to help him and search for his lost friend. He suggests you that you should prepare yourself and when you are ready you can find him in a camp, east from Ayleid ruins. A long journey awaits you - leave the city and head east.

The path is rather long and you should stick to it if you don't want to get lost. Soon, you reach the meeting place where you find Olaf accompanied by his friends. Start talking with them.

You can find some treasures in the location.

When you finish talking with Olaf a group of warriors will join you. Head to the ruins and enter the undergrounds - Sedor. The location is rather linear and you can encounter only one type of enemy - outlaws. Keep moving forward and fight with the enemies. You can also use your lockpicks and try to open a gate with a master lock and get some treasures.

You must find all Olaf's documents.

Go to the marker on the map - Olaf opens the gate but it turns out that the person, that you were searching for, is dead. Take List of Stormcloack Sympathizers from the table and go back to the previously visited rooms. You must find and pickup the following documents: The Skyrim Report: Part I, II, III and IV. The task is not difficult because the notes are marked on the map.

Before you leave the underground you must fight a group of enemies.

When you find all documents you can head to the exit. There, you are ambushed by Brecius the Pillager accompanied by a group of bandits. The fight is rather simple, remember that the warriors are helping you so use the fact that you are in a group. When you go outside Olaf will ask you to hand him the documents. Here, you can make a choice: you can give him the documents (which completes the quest) or keep them and face Olaf.

If you refuse you must defeat Olaf and his companions. Then, there is another choice - what do you really want to do with the documents. You can give them to Thalmor, Imperial or Stormcloack agents. If you can't decide you can burn them in a campfire in Bruma.

After deciding on what you want to do with the reports the mission will end.
