Priory of the Nine  (13/109)

Go to the Priory and enter it. Use the symbol on the floor to the left of the entrance, and an entrance to the basement will be revealed (you must have Amiel’s ring in your inventory for that). Go even lower, to the Undercroft.

Sir Amiel’s ghost will appear and tell you that in order to get Pelina’s cuirass, you have to fight all 8 Knights’ ghosts. They will engage you into duels one by one. They’re not too tough, merely plain warriors who just approach you and hack their way through. When you defeat them all, take the cuirass from the display up ahead.

Now by talking to other Knights you trigger next quests that see you searching for the Crusader’s equipment.

I just found a book The Life of Uriel Septim VII! I thought that this place was abandoned for centuries.

Your level doesn't matter since the entire game is based on a level scale. All enimies will be either a bit stronger, same level, or weaker. All that really matters is your skills in combat. I think the only time in the game where your level matters is when performing the daedric shrine quests when a certain level is required. A game played at level 1 is easier than playing at level 15 for instance. However the higher your character's level the better loot, equipment, rewards will be. So it's best when creating a character to make their major skills towards what type of class you want. Warrior, mage, theif, ranger, etc.

Like for instance my Theif char. excells at sneak, security, Illusion, light armor, acrobatics, blade, and marksman. Except for blade the rest all relate to the stealth class (I just wanted my theif to hold his on in combat with blades). With high sneak I can perform sneak attacks from a distance with a bow or up close and behind with a blade, dagger. Combine sneak with Illusion magic (Night-eye, Invisibillity, Chameleon, parallzye helps when outnumbered) and it makes it hard for me to be spotted or attacked. Acrobatics helps me get to higher places to either get treasure, run away from enimies, or snipe them from a safe zone. Security just to be good at picking locks obiviously.

Sorry for the blabble, this was just an example of a well rounded class theif character. Thiefs are my favorite.

Vorenus and Shadow Reaper- don't worry about being newbies! The only way to be expert is to keep playing and ask people who played before you. Real Oblivion fans will be only too pleased to help you. Anyway - you are obviously super intelligent, because you chose the best game to play! (Not that I'm biased, or anything!)
