Before entering each floor you must solve the puzzle with red sigils, the solution can be found in another chapter of this guide. Link two connectors with the exit door in a way that the ball won't intersect two lasers at the same time.

Unlock the second floor.

Unlock the second floor with the computer, go to the floor access control and select second floor.
