After you arrive in Forlorn Cliffs, go to Perren (M11,Perren) and talk to him. Your quest will be to find the merchant that sold him his faulty mask. For that, go to Darklake District, enter the housing near the location entrance (M11,Strumoru) and talk to Sturmoru. From him, you learn that he sold the other half of the mask to a man named Feinn. To find him, you need to go to Underdark Descent and cross the entire location, because he is right next to the exit (M11, Feinn). After you kill the opponents, collect The hooked nail of tempered empathy from the man's corpse and return to Perren in Forlorn Cliffs.
Reward for completing the quest: 1800 experience points and an excellent legendary mask for clerics - Mask of Relentless Compassion.
