The boss fight against the Queen of Roabies is not difficult. It is important to have some health in stock, optionally a little amber. At the beginning run zigzagging towards the enemy. You must approach the quartz crystals and destroy them with the interact button. You need a moment for this, and the opponent can hit you at this time with her limbs, fortunately doing minimal damage.
There are more crystals for you to destroy (a total of 8), the other ones are located higher up. After the destruction of each of them it is best to quickly search for a rock, behind which you can hide and wait out the acid attack, whether in the continuous form or in the form of splashing balls. Neither method of attack will do any good to your character.
The tentacle, before it reaches you, will light up in red and you will hear a distinctive sound. To perform a dodge it is best to use a roll. You will get the best effect, by avoiding the tentacles at the last possible moment while standing on a metal grid - the tentacle will be locked there for a few seconds. Be sure to also frequently hide behind cover and hang from ledges, to gain more protection.
Watch out for the small red cocoons on the ground. Small insects will hatch from them, and they are very dangerous. If some of them are released, quickly grab something and climb up above. After a while the small monsters will disappear on their own.
After all of the crystals have been destroyed, head over to the carcass to collect the quartz. However, there are still a few cocoons there and you can have trouble getting around them. It is best to run straight for the quartz - as soon as you touch it and press the action button, the quest will be finished. Optionally, you can use invisibility for greater safety.
