In the residential quarter the situation is much better, since it is darker, there is also one additional task to be completed here - finding and reaching the amber depot. However, before you set out towards the target marker, you will have to collect five tiles. From the place where you being the task you must reach the last room of the red building. It will be dark in the room, which will only be lit with a green glow. Inside you will find the first tile.

Walk along the rope onto the balcony, then jump through them to the right

Go to the next floor, walk onto a little roof in the middle of the square, from there you should jump to the small window of the grey building to your left. Leave by using an identical window on the other side and walk along the rope onto the balcony of the next residential quarters.

You can find the next tiles in similar rooms (green light). The second tile is located in the first room, in the row of buildings on the highest floor. Then, you should use the balconies to jump to the end, to the last house, which is the closest to the mission target. Another room with the third tile is located on the lowest floor, right beneath you. Return to the top once you have collected it.

You will reach the balcony by climbing the walls, easy-peasy

Now you must simply exit the room and use the handles on the stone wall to reach the balcony, where you will advance to the second area. You do not have to worry about the side quest or the tiles, you will find the rest shortly.
