Grab the pistol from the crate in front of you - there are only four bullets in the clip, so you will have to play very carefully. Go up the stairs and through the door - you should note a big group of soldiers who you should avoid by quietly getting to the stairs leading onto the upper floor.

Silently (to save ammo) eliminate the soldier who's talking on the radio and head to the open door - a cutscene will play during which you will be attacked by an enemy sniper but eventually manage to save yourself.

You need to get two rooms further while avoiding the enemy sniper's bullets. Use the rooms on opposite sides of the room, walking below planks to get further.

You will reach a room in which you will find a sniper rifle - pick it up and slowly move to the corridor, eliminating the sniper who was attacking you all the time [115m].
