Go back to the prison the same way you came in before. Kill the Sion and go back to Dargento Cemetery. Go to Janus Garden and stand close to the statue. Use a Turquoise on the face and Garnet on the back. Take the Moon Garden Key and go to the Moon Garden area. Use the key to open the gate.

Walk to the north-western part of the Moon Garden and take M14 Assault Rifle from the wall.

Xbox 360: getting the M14 Assault Rifle will give you the Lock n Load achievement (25 p.)

Return to prison area and and take the Pulaski Axe from the truck and Health Drink from the trashcan. Enter the prison from the north.
