Searching for evidence in Lord Marsh's house

Sneak up to the back of the mansion and try to open the door. It will be locked - use the first and the second lockpick. When Holmes will be sneaking up to the room, drop the vase as Watson in order to allow the detective to go unnoticed.

Walk towards the pictures above the fireplace in Lord Marsh's office. Then walk towards the desk with the documents. Move the books in order to reach three important letters: Marsh's political letter, pauper's letter, letter to Lord Collins. Now activate detective's sense and notice the painting on the wall. You will uncover a safe. When you will try to break into it, Marsh's assistant will start going to the room. Hide in the corner of the room, behind the bookshelf.

Once the man leaves the room, go back towards the safe. The code for the safe is 10-22-14. Inside you will find an invitation to the meeting and a letter from Lord Harington. Take also piece of map. Leave the room and you will be switched again to Doctor Watson. Pick up the handkerchief with blood when Marsh will be looking in different direction. Once everything is done, you will return to Sherlock's home.

Analyzing the handkerchief and determining the meeting place

Pick up the syringe, soak it in different vials and then use it on the sample. Then place the swab under the microscope. Move the screen until you find bacteria. This will confirm Watson's suspicious that Lord is sick.

Use the hand-written map so that you can locate the meeting place. Combine the trails on the deduction screen and Holmes will set the new destination - Epping Forest.
