Meet Ben King and after a short cutscene, you'll find yourself on board a helicopter. Ben will give you a ride to the first location, where you're going to have to absorb the virus from one of the enemies. Kill them all first, and then the last one will get a hand. Approach him and press E.

Repeat the process with two other targets. When you're done, make your way to the star-marked strip club. Approach the guy at the end of the first room (hand) and sign up for a dance. When you get on the stage, a QTE sequence will trigger. Follow the prompts and just dance.

Afterwards, go outside - that's when Tanya shows up. Chase after her on rooftops until you eventually stop on one of them. Use your super powers to get rid of her shield, and attack relentlessly. When her health bar is hallway through, she'll start running again.

Keep going after her until she stops again and now kill her using the same tactics as before. When she drops to the ground, approach her and press E to throw her in the park. Go there yourself to trigger the mission ending cutscene.
