Unfortunately, Lara cannot hold her breath underwater for longer and, if you do not start tapping B button rhythmically, she drowns before surfacing.

Once you exit the water, the chopper is still firing at you. Your only objective here is to run ahead and avoid water.

After several dozens of seconds of escaping, zip down the extended lines. The chase ends then and Lara will be able to catch a breath.
