The way to unlock the quest: Talk to My Spirit.
Quest giver: My Spirit (point 2 on the map)
This quest becomes available thanks to the meeting with My Spirit at the cave entrance, on in the Northern part of the Skull Island (point 2 on the map). You need to rescue Zacharias, Chani and Eldric, who have been imprisoned by Nekroloth. You can reach these characters in any order that you want. I recommend that you start by making it over to the Southern part of the isle, i.e. to the bridge over the Berserker Pass (point 2b on the map). You can access the bridge, by approaching it from either Western or Eastern side (points 2a on the map) and, regardless of the path that you have taken, you will have to eliminate lots of monsters.
After you walk onto the bridge, deal with the Minions guarding it and find the stairs to the upper level of the bridge. You will find the imprisoned mage Zacharias here. Interact with him to free him (500 Glory Points).
Now, you need to go to rescue Chani and, to do that, head towards the Western part of the isle, i.e. towards the Tower of Torture shown in the above screenshot (point 3a on the map). The tower is surrounded by lava rivers but, you can walk past them by walking over the narrow planks, or by using the Parrot Flight scroll.
By default, the tower is closed, but you can access it in an easy way. Locate the stairs to the balconies above, eliminate the Skeletons here and find the interactive lever that you can pull. You can now return downstairs and take the entrance that has been shown in the short cutscene.
Enter the tower and kill the skeleton. Stand in the spot shown in the above screenshot. You first need to climb the destroyed pillar and then, to the ledge above. After you get there and see the cutscene of the tower's interior, pull the lever. Do not worry - the path across the tower is much less complicated than you might have first expected.
Take the left corridor and get prepared for a fight with a Shadow Guardian. If your character does not handle melee combat well, it is a good idea to backtrack to the area with the lever, you have more room. After you have eliminated the guardian, go ahead. Head towards the central tower, i.e. the one with the horizontal planks at. Thanks to the lever that you have just pulled, you are now able to walk over one of such planks.
Cross the central tower, take the second metal plank and eliminate the Black Ghoul. At the wall, there is another lever that you need to interact with.
After you use the lever, turn by 180 degrees and cross the central tower again. After you are back at the other side, turn right and locate the stairs to the lower level of the Tower of Torture. Explore the lower level and find another lever to pull.
Using the lever gives the planks, at the central tower, another turn. Remain on this level and explore the nearby corridors. Thanks to this, you will reach the plank that you have just turned. Walk over it and enter the central tower again. Remain here, for a moment and locate another lever on the wall, next to the stairs.
Remain on this level, after you pull the lever in the central tower and use another metal plank to leave. Again, you need to locate the newly-opened way at the stairs, which has been shown in the above screenshot. Take the stairs to descend to a lower level.
If you have taken the correct stairs, you should reach the upper balconies above the cell with Chani inside. Around, there are Skeletons, Minions and Ghouls, although none of them pose a threat to you. Examine the abovementioned balconies and find the last lever. Pulling this one opens the cell.
The entrance to the cell is being guarded by a Soul Eater and, if possible, attack it from the balconies, because it will not be able to defend, in any way. The quickest way to reach the bottom level of the Tower of Torture is to use the Parrot Flight spell, although you can just as well, return to the central tower and take the spiral stairs to the bottom.
After you have dealt with the Soul Eater, enter the cell with Chani inside (point 3 on the map). Interact with the voodoo witch to liberate her (500 Glory Points).
Finally, you need to find Eldric and this may be the most problematic of your tasks, because his holding place is best hidden. First, you need to reach the islet shown in the above screenshot in the North-Eastern corner of the map (point 2e on the map). Along your path to the isle, you should watch out for the Swamp Golem and a Soul Eater among others. Walk around them or defeat them in direct combat.
Take the path to the highest hill of the islet and deal with Skeletons, and Minions along your path. Apart from that, you will also have to eliminate, at least, one Shadow Guardian. After you reach the ruins atop the hill, explore them. You need to locate a very well hidden manhole shown in the above screenshot, which has a ladder connected to it (point 2f on the map). After you take the ladder, you will get to a huge cavern.
Start the exploration of the cave, eliminate the skeletons and Ghouls. Soon, you will reach the chamber, where Eldric is being held. You can first kill the two nearby Ore Golem or walk around them and reach the ally to free him (500 Glory Points). After you listen to the conversation with Eldric reach the lever and pull it, which will allow you to leave the cavern.
You can now return to My Spirit (point 2 on the map) to reunite with it. This also concludes this quest.
