The way to unlock the quest: Talk to Patty

You need to talk to Patty to unlock this quest

You get the opportunity to unlock this quest some time after Patty has joined the crew, as a result of the completion of the "Sign Patty On" quest. During one of the conversations with his sister, your character will be able to bring up the topic of her feminine charms that she could use to win certain advantages. Patty will point to Colby as the first character that she could charm and encourage him to share his wealth.

Colby is staying at the Pirate Beach

Reach Kila and it is necessary that you ask Patty to join the active crew. Go to the Pirate Beach with Patty, find Colby there and listen to the conversation with him. During that conversation, Patty will learn about the whereabouts of a treasure (200 Glory Points).

Go towards the river

Talk to Patty in a way that adds the information about the treasure to your journal. To find the treasure, you need to get to the Crab Coast, i.e. to the location where the game started. Again, go towards the temple in the jungle (Patty may, but she does not need to accompany you). After you reach the temple entrance, go left.

Climb down from the hill and reach the river. Approach the Western waterfall and watch out for the alligator that may be hiding around. Find the red X mark shown in the above screenshot. Use the Shovel here to dig up the treasure (100 Glory Points). You can now open the chest and collect the 1109 Gold Pieces. At the first opportunity, tell Patty that you have managed to locate the treasure.

You can find Patty near the tavern

I recommend that you now head towards the Calador Bay. After you get there, Patty should talk to your character automatically, about another opportunity and set out to find one, alone. Go ashore and reach the tavern in the central part of the bay. You will find Patty near the tavern's Western exit (200 Glory Points).

Kramer

During the conversation with Patty, you will find out that she has been molested by Kramer. Head towards the tavern, find the man and talk to him. After a short conversation, there will start a fight, but it will not be too difficult to defeat Kramer (it is a good idea to fight at a distance, or parry his attacks). For defeating Kramer you will be rewarded with 400 Glory Points and 850 Gold Pieces. You can now tell Patty that the man received his lesson.

Note - During the fight with Kramer, make sure that you do not attack the other people in the tavern, by accident. This may, unnecessarily, provoke them to join the fight.

Patty is standing next to the harbor storage

Another location that is worth visiting is Taranis. Just like in the case of the Calador Bay, after you get there, Patty will automatically talk to you and she will go for the treasure hunt herself. Go ashore and remain in the harbor. You can find Patty in front of the storage that belongs to Rumold (200 Glory Points).

During the conversation, you will receive, from Patty, Rumold's Old Key, where the man keeps his most valuable treasures. Since you need to perform a theft, you need to wait until the nightfall and make sure that you have the Sneak skill. Start sneaking (the "crouch key/button), enter the storage and sneak to the upper floor, carefully. The chest is in the bedroom shown in the above screenshot. From there, you can steal 540 Gold Pieces (100 Glory Points). Leave the storage and tell Patty that the operation was successful.

Note - If Rumold spots you, escape from the storage and try to defeat the hostiles again (they will only pass out).

You can find Patty at the tavern

Finally, head towards Antigua. Just like earlier, let Patty leave the ship and then, find her in the harbor town. Patty is staying at the tavern and you need to talk to her (200 Glory Points), thanks to which you will learn that she has learned the location of another treasure.

Leave the harbor town and take the path towards the deadlands to the North. If you still have not secured this part of the isle, you need to watch your step, because you can encounter Skeletons, Minions and Black Ghouls, among others. Along your path, keep an eye out for a fork and take the path to the left so, take the easy climb. Stop exactly Northwards of the, seemingly, inaccessible Romanov's treasure (activate the quest in your log, to learn the location), in the spot shown in the above screenshot.

The only way to obtain the treasure is to use the Monkey Trainer skill and if you still do not have it, you need to visit an appropriate trainer first. Set the monkey and use it to pass through the small hole. Reach, as the monkey, the chest shown in the above screenshot (Hidden Chest). Collect the 945 Gold Pieces from inside (100 Glory Points). Return to your character, with the monkey, and tell Patty that you have found the treasure, thanks to which you will complete this quest.
