The way to unlock the quest: Talk to Bones.

Quest giver: Bones

Take the path to the North of the Mages' HQ

You could have unlocked this quest after the end of the third chapter of the game's story line, i.e. after you have taken all of the actions connected with performing the soul ritual in the Oracle's den, on Kila. Additionally, you are required to have talked to Margoloth and to Bones. Traitor Horas is hiding on Taranis isle and, after you get there, go to the Mages' encampment. Take the path leading Northwards of the camp and soon, you will reach the location, where Horas is hiding (point 6 on the map).

You need to defeat the Ore Titan here

After you have made it to the place, where Horas is staying, you will watch a short cutscene of the conversation that you and him are having. Then, you will have to face the boss where, instead of Horas you will first have to defeat an Ore Titan, who appears in the arena near the Mages' camp (point 5 on the map).

Dodge the titan's slow attacks and the spikes sliding from under the ground

The duel with the titan is much easier than it may seem, at first. This does not mean, however, that you can underestimate the monster and not react to its actions. First of all, you should dodge from the strong melee attacks of the titan and do not approach, if not necessary. Also, you are not completely safe at a distance, either, because there are spikes coming from under the ground, every now and then. Fortunately, the game warns you of the spots in which the spikes appear so, you will always get enough time to get away from them.

Do not attempt any standard attacks, because it is not the point of the battle, to deplete the titan's health bar. What you need to do is capture it. Around the arena, there are five interactive Shackles and an example one has been shown in the above screenshot.

Aim at the boss's limbs

Pick up the magical shackle and turn towards the boss. You need to wait for the titan to stand near your character and start its swipe with one of its limbs. Quickly, aim then at that limb and press the throwing key/button. If you have aimed and your throw well, it will attach itself to the titan.

Repeat the above pattern with three other limbs. You need to aim the last, fifth shackle at the area around the monster's spine, which has been presented in the above screenshot. Binding the titan properly ends the battle (1000 Glory Points).

You need to kill Horas

After you have defeated the titan, you automatically watch the cutscene of the conversation with Horas and the dialogue options that you select have no bearing on how the conversation ends (you can only obtain either positive, or negative soul points). You need to fight Horas. Fortunately, he is a weak opponent, who prefers melee combat (keep at a distance from him and perform frequent dodges) so, it is not going to be difficult to win.

Note - remember to search Horas's corpse, because he has several valuable items on him.

Rewards for completing the quest:
