The wine chest is next to the shipwreck

You could unlock this quest while on the Taranis isle. It was after the conversation with Lumbrok at the local mages headquarters. The nameless one was asked to locate rare delicacies and Aromatic Wine is one of them, which you need to go to Kila for. Reach the pirate beach and find the chest near the place where Booze and Saddec are (point 2 on the map). Open the chest and collect the wine (100 glory points). You can now return to Taranis.
