How to unlock the quest: through conversation with Cunningham.

Quest giver: Cunningham (point 5 on the map)

Cunningham is inside his cabin.

After arriving at the pirates beach, enter the wreckage of a ship. Cunningham can be found inside of one of the cabins (point 5 on the map) - speak with him after you've found him. During the conversation Cunningham will ask the Nameless Hero to aid him in his search of a rare plant, which is located in a seemingly inaccessible place. The physician will give a Parrot Flight scroll to the character and will direct him at the place, in which the wanted plant can be found.

Note - Cunningham is also an ability trainer.

Use the rope bridge and get rid of the monkeys.

Go to the natives village located in the jungle. After reaching the place, start crossing the nearby rope bridges. You must get to a ledge located to the West of the wanted plant (point 5a on the map). During your journey to the mentioned ledge, you will have to kill a couple of Blueclaw Monkeys and a Gorilla - you should be especially careful about the latter enemy.

After clearing the area of the monsters, stand directly in the place shown on the above screenshot, on the edge of the ledge, directly to the West of the ledge containing the wanted plant.

Turn yourself into a parrot and fly all the way to the plant.

Afterwards, use the Parrot Flight scroll, which you were given by Cunningham. Drag the spell on your quickbar and activate it in order to turn yourself into a parrot. All you have to do now is to get safely to the indicated shelf. Land on it and collect the plant named Camellia Sinensis. (100 Glory Points). Carefully jump down and get back to Cunningham (point 5 on the map) with the newly acquired plant.
