Zak [#1] - the bouncer outside the port city's tavern. He's quite short-tempered, so if you manage to annoy him to a certain level, you'll receive the Beat 'Em Up quest.

Spencer [#2] - the innkeeper of the port city's tavern, found behind the bar. He's connected with the Procure Fresh Supplies from Tacarigua quest.

Scarlett [#3] - a prostitute living in the port city's tavern. You can usually find her on the first floor, but sometimes she likes to walk outside.

Wilson [#4] - the port city's blacksmith. He's connected with the quest The Cannon, which you need to complete in order to finish the game.

Henri [#5] - a pistol maker, connected with the Shooting Match with Henri quest.

Bill [#6] - the pirate standing outside the port city who is guarding the entrance to the jungle.

Quinn [#7] - a mysterious con man talented in the thieving arts. He can teach you a lot of useful skills, as well as sell a lot of illegal merchandise. If you use Silver Tongue on him (level 50), you'll learn about additional items in his stock. The first is a key (for 300 Gold) connected with the Gibson's Grave quest, the second, a map (for 300 Gold) - connected with The Treasure on a Rocky Plateau on Antigua.
