After the cut-scene, you'll find yourself outside of the Crawler. From now on, using the companion change button, you can change your active companion at any time, to use their abilities as the situation calls for. You can now either continue the mission, or return to your Crawler through the transport pod to improve Mack and Seth. When you are ready to proceed, follow the green indicator until you reach the location where you fought the green AP-3. This time, he will also attack you, but now you can use the blue ammo, so he won't be a problem.

Seth will throw you to a rock. There, you can gather resources and open a chest. When you're done with that, jump on the platform ahead of you. There is Ringer Corebyte on the left. When the platforms go to the lowest level, destroy the barrier and jump through the energy ring.

When you reach the platform, leave it as quickly as you can jumping in the direction of the platform suspended in the air and using Seth's ability once again. When you land safely on the platform, look to the bottom in the direction of the building before you. You'll see another platform suspended in the air. Same as before, jump on it (simple jump may not cut it, use sprint if necessary) and use Seth. At the end, you'll land on a platform. There are two energy platforms on the left, and an excavating machine on the right. There are resources on it, and a chest, so you may want to gather all of it.

When you gather all the items, stand at the edge of the platform, in the direction of energy rings. This jump will be much longer than normal, so you may not succeed during the first attempt. Only way to clear this jump is keeping the upper edge of the rings, in such a way that after crossing the second ring focus on the middle of the landing to which you are headed. There is a vertical ramp there, to which Seth can grab onto. I recommend using the jump-jump-sprint combination, which will lift Joule as high as possible, and cover enough area to reach the ramp.

When you land at your target, you'll see a teleport to Crawler on the left. Before you enter the next location, look for resources that are lying on the chests by the door. This dungeon requires six prismatic cores (if you follow the guide, by now you should have eight), tenth level, and choosing Seth as a companion. If you are ready, and meet the requirements, enter the Core Foundry to begin another mission.
