Escape from the laboratory

Move forward and defeat weak guards. Use the stairs near the lift and find Chronon Source. Two "fat men" will support the remaining guards. Help yourself by destroying explosive barrels and using fire extinguishers.

Use Time Run to reach the underground parking lot

Stabilize the door and get outside. Find Chronon Source on a forklift in the middle of the square. Get to the upper floor and defeat four agents. Approach entrance of the underground parking lot and reverse time to get inside.

The guard booth

Deal with another group of agents and armored opponents. Remember that you can detonate cars which can cause heavy damage to your foes. When you get rid of all of them, guards will appear. However, they don't stand a chance.

Once the fight is over, approach the guard booth. You don't have the code to open the gate, so leave and watch the cut scene. Follow shadows from the past until you hear the code (during the third dialogue).

There is a Chronon Source in the corridor

Enter the guard booth once again. Stick to the right side as there is a Chronon Source in front of the stairs. There is a dampener upstairs that is protected by three agents. The switch is placed in the back, on the wall, and next to the switch there is another secret - a note.

You can't stay in the dark forever. Sooner or later they will find you

They will turn off the lights and more enemies will come. Use Time Vision to help yourself and locate your opponents (two of them are armored). Finish the fight and enter the building. Climb the porta potty and gain access to the scaffolding. Finally, get on the crane and once you pass the first ladder, look for a Chronon Source.

You won't ambush them from the roof. They will spot you as soon as you get closer

Move forward and deal with another group of opponents situated at the roof. Access the device on the roof and use it to reach the shaft. Move on and crush enemies that you come across. In the end, you will get to the library (try to take down two armored thugs with Time Blast).

Time matters and you need to hurry up in order to save your brother

As soon as you enter the library you will have limited time to rescue Will. Don't waste time and reach the front door as soon as possible. You can unlock Last-Second Rescue during your second attempt.

Exit the building and follow Will. Reach the library where you had a shoot-out before and you will find another Chronon Source (next to a painting in the corner). The cut scene will end the chapter.
