Harvester | Enemies Quake 4 Guide

Big, red robots, which resembles spiders. In my opinion, Harvesters have the most interesting concept from all enemies from the game. They appear in few levels, but direct fight will be possible only if you drive a vehicle (tank or mech). Extremely resilient (5000 health points) and very dangerous. Harvesters attack mainly with machine gun. From time to time, they'll fire rockets in your direction too.

Fighting with Harvester depends on vehicle, which you're driving. Hovertank has big firepower - few shots from cannon should be enough to defeat Harvester. Piloting the mech means you must destroy Harvester's rockets with machine gun and attack enemy in spare time with better weapons.
