Jump onto the red Power Plate and collect all Light Seeds situated above it.

 

Now jump on the wall situated on the left and move right.

 

Head in the direction of Construction Yard all the time.

 

Then come back to the place where you were thrown by a red ring from the centre and go towards Heaven’s Stairs. Then come back again and jump on the red Power Plate.

 

Jump between red rings and collect Light Seeds.

 

Some of them are situated on different types of ramps.

 

Jump onto red Power Plate in a place where you started. If you have the power Wings of Ormazd jump onto the yellow one. While flying collect five Light Seeds.

 

38 and others can be found in the corridor leading to the Spire of Dreams.

The last two missing from this walkthrough can be got by the following:
Start at the fertile grounds (teleport there).
Use the red magic platforms (instructions for light seeds 1-4 above)
Climb up the small ledge and turn to face left
Go down the many sliding ramps (instructions for light seeds 15-18 above)
[NB Stay at the far end of the ramps, don't turn back towards numbers 19-21]
Go forwards from where you land on the level platform at the end of the ramps to wall run onto the vines. Continue on that path (wall run, pole, ceiling run, pole) to the next platform (instructions for light seeds 22-24 above)
You will land on the platform showing on the far left of that screenshot.
Cross the platform, and use the jutting out ledge to jump onto the next pole.
Drop to near the bottom of the pole, and turn round to the other side of it.
You should now see the two lightseeds missing from the tutorial.
Do a magic jump across, slide down until you've got them both and do a magic jump back.

I know which two you are missing. What you do is head toward the path with a lot of slides toward heaven's stair. You will have that platform where you have to fight a soldier/guard. Under this platform on the side are the two seeds together near a wooden wall. Hope that helps.
