Collect first seven Light Seeds coming back nearly to the place where you have started the mission.

Go onto a vertical wall and jump to the platform again. You will have to think a bit to move the windlasses to get to number 11 and 12.

Collect number 14 after jumping onto the green Power Plate situated by the corridor leading to the Cauldron.

Number 15 and the following ones on the way leading to the Cauldron.

Light Seeds, starting with number 24, are situated on the way leading to the Machinery Ground.

Number 33 and the following ones - in the corridor leading to the Cauldron.

39 and 40 – near 13. You will find the yellow Power Plate near the place where you fought the Alchemist. Jump on it and collect remaining Light Seeds.
