In this page you can find a list of recyclers and fabricators, the two types of devices that are crucial in crafting items in Prey. The list of recyclers and fabricators can be useful during your exploration of the station. Before you move to another, unexplored, location it is a good idea to check out if you can find those devices there and if the access to them is not obstructed by anything.
Warning - Some recyclers and fabricators may be initially inactive. The solution for that problem is to use the human ability called Repair which allows you to fix them. Of course, the broken machines are highlighted in the list.

Neuromod Division

Fabrication (level 3) | First, you must unlock the access to the upper levels of Neuromod Division. The recycler is broken and must be fixed. |

Talos I Lobby

Staff Lounge (level 2) | This place can be accessed in the beginning of the game by going up the stairs and reaching level 2. Then, you must use the stairs to go on the cornice. You must get to the doors adjacent to the IT security entrance. |

Passage to the Hardware Labs (level 3) | The area after the Teleconferencing Center. The recycler is broken and must be fixed. |
Psychotronics Lobby (level 1) | The device can be accessed only after unlocking the passage to Psychotronics. |
