Complete mission walkthrough:

Obviously this mission is going to start with a longer cut-scene. You will have to wait for the crew to reach Singapore. This is where this mission will take place (#1). You will be playing as Captain Barbossa. Start off by talking to one of the locals. He should be standing to your right (#2). Captain Barbossa will slap him. You will also have to find four other men from this group. This will allow you to fulfill one of the side missions.

Now you should consider destroying some of the nearby crates. One of these objects will contain your first pendant (#1). Don't forget to destroy other crates as well, because you will also find some gold coins. Head on to your left. You should be able to locate a second man here. Talk to him (#2). This time you will have to choose the correct answers - second from the top. You will receive some gold for your efforts.

Keep moving towards the left edge of the screen (#1). You will encounter some new crates along the way. Destroy these objects and pick up gold pouches. Once you've reached a junction, go towards the upper buildings. If you want to participate in a dice mini-game, you will have to talk to one of the locals (#2).

Despite of the result of the mini-game, you should go left. It's very important, because you will find one of the men from the list here. Barbossa will slap him (#1). You may go back to the junction. Head on to your left (#2).

Once you've reached a new section of the pier, you will have to destroy all nearby crates. Also, talk to one of the natives (#1). Once again, you will have to choose a correct answer. It's going to be the first one. As a result of your actions, you will receive 200 gold coins. Head on to your left. Destroy some new crates and pick up a second pendant (#2).

You will also encounter your final debtor in this area (#1). You will have to talk to him in order to ask him for the money. Choose the first dialog options from the top. This time you will receive 250 gold coins. Go left (#2).

I would recommend that you remain here. You will have to locate a small ladder. Use it to reach a small balcony area (#1). Once you're at the top, start moving left. This will allow you to reach one of the men needed for the side mission (#2). Talk to him. You will only have to find two other men from this group. Return to the ground floor (use the ladder).

Before you decide to enter the bathhouse, you should consider talking to one of the natives (#1). He can be found in the background. Once this is done, enter this new building. Your last target will be standing on your right (#2). Talk to this fellow. As a result, you will fulfill one of the side missions and you'll be able to focus on more important tasks at hand.
