When you will enter a portal, you will find yourself in vampire Orbakh chamber - your main enemy. He will temp you to join him. Refuse to his proposition and Ebon Claws will come. You will join them and you will fight with Orbakh. When the vampire will be dead you will be attacked by the Ebon Claws. After the fight search the Altama corpse. You will find: Healing Potion, Heart of the Beat and Dagger +3 [On hit: Slay Racial Group ST=16 Undead; Vampiric Regeneration +3].

Step 1:
Orbakh Chamber
Go to the Orbakh chamber. Make some sticks and kill the vampire. Tasheni, will show up now (the former girlfriend of Mantides). His reaction depends on that if he is a Shar Champion now. If the answer is yes then he wouldn't feel anything for her. But if he is not a Shar Champion then it will be a strong experience for him. Tasheni will be fighting along with her Fire Knives. At the end of the fight Tasheni will run away. Take all items - Studded Leather Armor +4; Long Sword +3 [On hit: Doom Level 10; Bonus to damages: Negative Energy: 1k6; Use: Displacement] and go to the portal.

Step 1:

Use your mask in Undergate and follow the foot steps. | You will come to a barricade. Go throw it and you will find yourself in a Human Cattle Factory. |
When you will want to exit the ghost will show up. He will tell you that you have to go to Undergate and put on your mask. Go through the portal and use the statue, it will take you to the Undergate. Use your mask now and follow the footsteps. You will get to the Human Cattle Factory.

3. Human Cattle- You can't do anything with them.
4. Bloody Reaper Handbook.
5. Massacred Obid body
6. Sir Peregrim - Scythe +4; Ring of Broken Promise [Freedom of Movement; Only for: Chaotic; Use: Speed (10); Decreased defensive throws: Mental -2].
In Human Cattle Factory you have to kill gnomish vampires. Then go and talk to Sir Peregrim, who is guarding the last chamber. You can do two things at the moment.
1. If Mantides is a Shar Champion then you will have to fight with Sir Peregrim.
2. If Mantides is a normal warrior, then he will challenge Sir Peregrim for a duel. He will kill him and Lathander will give him his grace making him Paladin once again. His equipment will be changed: Full Plate Mantides Armor [Bonus to AC: +3 (Armor); Only for: Paladin; Use: Heal (11)]; Two-handed sword +3 [Magic Resistance: 24; On hit: Dispel Magic ST=20; Special bonus to attacks against: Bad 2k4; Special bonus for upgrade for attacks against: Bad +5; Only for: Paladin; Use: Protection from Evil].
Step 3: Now enter the room guarded by Sir Peregrim. In the center of it Elendra is standing. She will ask you to put your mask on. Do it and kill her. After her death an Ebon Claw Sorceress will show up. She will change into a huge monster - Zymena. This fight is extremely hard. Do not forget to heal yourself and your friends. When Zymena will be dead you will see a final cut scene with Elendra and Orbakh.
