Battle for Caracas vs. China
Now it’s time for the last mission for United Nations.
It is about destroying four target in Caracas and catching (or killing) chinese general, Peng. First deal with objects in the city [#159].
Air defense stations are your targets. Prepare armour-piercing rocket launcher (selling by United Nations) and many missiles. Begin by destroying target in the south.
AA vehicle is parked nearby the bridge and it is protected by heavy chinese tanks [#160]. It is hard to steal them so that’s why I suggest you to ignore them. Simply approach it inside a jeep and hit it with rocket. One missile is sufficient to destroy that vehicle. Moreover, United Nations’ troops, who are deployed nearby, will divert chinese tanks and troops attention; making your task easier to do.

After that get into your vehicle on go northward. Doing this you will encounter a little bit stronger resistance but stay with your old tactic. Approach your objective, leave the car, hit the target, get into the car and go toward another object.
Third anti-aircraft vehicle is located next to the United Nations’ post. You can reach it going along the coast line [#161].
Because your vehicle will be probably destroyed, pop into allies’ post to get another car. Your last target is located in the north-west part of the city. It is parked on the lawn among other cars [#162]. Make sure that you have one missile and use it.

Now it’s time to dispatch Peng. Try to find chinese vehicle (visit chinese posts [#163] or suburb) and use it to reach Chinese’s headquarter in Venezuela [#164].

If you want to catch Peng, first you have to destroy all anti-aircraft devices [#165]. Two air defense vehicles are parked at the front of the castle and third behind its [#166]. You can see that vehicle through the hole in wall.

Peng is standing on the forward part of the wall [#167]. Killing guys who protect him is very easy but the problem is with a place for the helicopter. If pilot cannot touch the ground drag your target on the beach.
