Be careful during covering Caracas; United Nations’ army is deployed in that city. After your freshly done excess with chinese prisoner they want tear you to pieces (unless you solved that problem with bribe).
Finally, you will reach your first target, bridge [#133]. It is a good idea to steal anti-aircraft vehicle [#134]. You will be attacked form air so you have to be able to protect yourself. Of course, nothing stand in the way of using hand rocket launchers.

Demolishing that bridge depends only on appropriate number of C4s and air support. Your next target is the base in north part of Maracaibo. If you need fuel try to find some cisterns. You don’t have to be hurry, this mission is not limited by time.
You can reach the base using an opponents’ vehicle [#135] – thanks to that no one will recognize you. Try to approach anti-aircrafts vehicles [#136] and destroy them. Thanks to this calling support will be possible. After that steal a tank and raze the base to the ground; use air-rides and your new machine gun. If it will be necessary steal another tank.

After demolishing the base [#137] fill up fuel and prepare yourself for the attack on the main Uni-Pet office. Try to reach enemies’ territory through the front gate [#138].

When you get in, notice that resistance is much more weak than outside. With ease you can handle with tanks and radar-jamming vehicles [#139]. After dispatching all soldiers use a stolen tank and air-ride to demolish the building [#140].
