Finding Blanco

This mission is available after finishing Tropical Island Getaway for P.L.A.V.. When you start it, first you have to go to the oil rig [#051] which is situated behind your villa. Before you set off make sure that you have a lot of explosive materials. Rig must be sunk so C4s are necessary.

Reach the rig (the best way to do this is to use a venezuelan boat, you will avoid an unfriendly fire) and climb the ladder [#052] to get on upper level.

Kill a few soldiers and go on upper level [#053]. Being there, on your left you will find stairs [#054] which lead you up to your target - Blanco.

You have to be very careful because even small explosion can destroy the footbridge which takes you to Blanco’s office. If that happen try to reach destination by jumping on the damaged construction. If that won’t be possible call medevac and start the mission once again.

One way or another, get into the office [#055] and watch cut-scene. After it Blanco will run away and stop in the centre of the rig. You can kill him or knock down and tie [#056]. If you choose second option try to call helicopter which pick him up. This construction has heliport.

However, you can use the heliport only if you destroy every anti-aircraft device. What means that you must destroy a battleship and dispatch a soldier with rocket launcher (he is standing on the extension [#057]). When you decide that your helicopter will be safe [#058] call it and put Bianco on the deck. After that destroy whole oil rig by using one artillery attack and go back to your villa.
