Go forth and defeat more and more bandits. From time to time you also have to deal with spiders here. Eventually you’ll reach the burning village. After a short scene you’ll have to do some fighting again. When you defeat enough enemies, Eogan himself will confront you. Watch your guard, he can be a bother.
