The third manual is on the first floor beyond the gold wall.

The fourth page

The last but one page is to be received for putting out three small fires on this level (not including the fires on the lower level). Still, you can use the same vehicles to put out the remaining fires on this level.

The fifth page

The last page in this mission can be acquired near its end, after destroying the silver windmill.

Pants

A bonus cloud

In the left corner of the map there is an unseen cloud with golden doors. Destroy them all with a laser.

The pants between the two towers

In order to collect the pants, you have to construct a hammer out of green bricks, which will then destroy the blocks that are preventing you from getting near to the collectible.
