You get the first page on interacting with rainbow bricks at the far end of the train.

The second page

To get the next page you need a flying character. Once you are in the empty train car with red balks at its side look up to see the page over the car.

A manual page will appear after destroying the robot

Once you eliminate the opponent in the next car, you will be able to collect the manual page that he drops.

The fourth page

The fourth page is surrounded by flames inside the car. Remember this place, because when another train gets near, the fire will stop.

The fifth page

When you jump back from the other train to the first one, look for the next page in one of the nearest cars. The page is in the right corner of the car, and it is almost unseen.

Pants

Entrance to the car

To get to the pants, destroy the gold hatch on the roof.

The pressure mechanisms

Then, repair the second pressure mechanism and set the wheels according to the pattern on the picture above. Wheels of the same colour should meet in two adjacent sets. The pants are in the box which opens when the mechanism is set right.
