To unlock this mission you must collect minimum 175 gold bricks and open the gate to Hidden Cell at the Raft. The gate won't be open until you have destroyed two silver and gold padlocks placed on the both sides of the door. When it is done switch into Magneto and remove metal bolts from the gate. Wait for metal roller blinds to go up, so you can receive some bricks. Use them to build an entrance and go inside the building.

Choose Magneto and go upstairs - then turn right, smashing every object on your way. When you see iron bars, squeeze them, making an entrance to the cell. Go inside and punch Mysterio: the duel will officially begin.

Destroy everything what you could see in Mysterio's cell, then build a switch from the broken pieces. Pull it, and you will see the target-shield on the lower location.

As Magneto aim at the target and fire. After that go to the cell where your enemy is hiding, striking him as hard as you can. When he escapes, use your magnetic powers to turn the metal valve - some bricks will appear on the upper floor.

Finally build another switch from the broken bricks. Choose Mystique to jump on it - the door will open. Now you can hit Mysterio for the last time.
