The first character token will be hidden in a safe. Walk towards the computer shown on the picture and activate the door. You will unlock Aldrich Kilian.

Character #2

After walking through the blockade, go to the right side before fighting the boss and destroy the golden barricade shown on the picture by using Iron Mans lasers - Characters - Ready, A.I.M., Fire - secrets - LEGO Marvels Avengers - Game Guide and Walkthrough

After walking through the blockade, go to the right side before fighting the boss and destroy the golden barricade shown on the picture by using Iron Man's lasers. Inside the shop you will find the second character token - Ellend Brandt.

Character #3

The last token is hidden behind the blue circle shown on the picture - Characters - Ready, A.I.M., Fire - secrets - LEGO Marvels Avengers - Game Guide and Walkthrough

The last token is hidden behind the blue circle shown on the picture. Simply walk to the back and collect it. The character that you will unlock is Maya Hansen.
