Next to the golden mechanism there is a handle, shoot Hawkeye's arrow at it. After completing this action a character token will fall on the ground - Thanos.

Change your character during the final phase of the battle with Ultron and look to the right - Characters - Ultron Undone - secrets - LEGO Marvels Avengers - Game Guide and Walkthrough

Change your character during the final phase of the battle with Ultron and look to the right. You will find a brick object that you must destroy. After destroying two parts of the object you must create a platform for Quicksilver who will give you the last character token - Wasp.
