Fly to the first floor while in the warehouse. On the left side you will find the Collector who will give you a task of finding an item.

The item can be found on the other side of the bridge. Walk towards the silver wall shown on the picture and destroy it using Iron Man's explosives. Collect the required item from the room and deliver it to collector. You will receive the red brick.

Stan Lee in peril

You will find Stan Lee on the right side from the scene. Walk towards the handles as Ultron (ultimate) or Hulk and pull them out. This will be enough to save Stan Lee.
