C3PO – In the Lost Temple level, when you will find golden idol and the foot-bridges will start to move, don’t go through the door but go to the right. You will see a white cage. Shoot at it with the rocket launcher and go through. You will see C3PO inside the barrel. Hit him to unlock him.

Luke Skywalker – You will find Luke in the Into the Mountains level from Riders of the Lost Ark campaign. Near the end of the level you will be going above large gap using brown bars to the right side. Don’t go there but jump down to the bottom. You will notice an icy cave. Shoot at it with rocket launcher and you will find Luke.

Chewbacca – He is in the City of Danger level. When you will reach the truck which you have to repair, notice the hieroglyphs behind it. Read them and you will enter larger cantina. Change you character to child and use the hatch to reach Chewbacca.

Princess Leia – Princess Leia is in the Free the Slaves level in Temple of Doom campaign. When you will free many prisoners from one cage, go back to the right and get down using brown bars. Go right and destroy LEGO pieces with rocket launcher. Next, knock to the outpost with right character and you will find princess Leia.

R2D2 – R2D2 is in the Desert Ambush mission from The Last Crusade. When the level will start go to the right and get on the horse. Go back to the left and jump from the horse to the higher platform (look at the screen). Climb higher and go to the left. Use your whip in the highlighted place and you will find R2D2.

Han Solo – When you will unlock all Star Wars characters, you will be able to buy Han Solo from the shop at the University. He can use blaster and costs 100,000.
