This time you have to get to the Batcave and start mission from there. Go to the local terminal (picture) and use it.

Choose one of the vehicles, get inside, start driving and launch rockets at silver statues (picture) (K key).

After destroying 5 statues the wide gate will open (picture), pass through it and start driving along the road toward batsign (it's marked on the top left corner).

When you reach the destination (picture) look left and drive into the Batcave.

When you get inside move to the lift on the left (picture).

After short animation back to the central platform and use terminal (picture). You will see a map of Gotham (you can scan it by pressing U). You next mission is marked by a batsign on the south-west (Arkham) of your position.

Get one of your vehicles and start heading to your destination (Arkham). When you get there use local terminal (picture).
