Complete the "Spiders" first.

Zuer Ras Hidarlnas (1), and elf on guard at the mausoleum, tells you that the surrounding areas are full of spiders. Tell him that you've killed the queen, and he'll recognize you - but also let you know that the queen had already managed to lay new eggs.

He'll give you seven vials of poison that needs to be poured over the breeding grounds. Go to the location right next to you (2) and start pouring the mixture to destroy the eggs. You do it by clicking on the nests. When it's done, report back to Zuer (1).
