 | Capt Duke Miller nickname cloakndagger I thought this game was awesome and it took me two days to get through it. The game was masterly put together, it was a total mind fcuk to say the least but I made it through without any help from using any form of a cheat guide!
I am now going through call of duty 4 and sorry I am dissapointed with it it is too easy.....So I am going buy the new version of Ghost Recon for sure. Just for FUN I bought Far Cry took me a day to get through, liked it and will buy Far Cry 2! I think I have a bug in Las vegas another good game the auto save sucks in that one.  | Oh No! I have been working this level for 2 days. Two of my 3 men died earlier in the level. I have only one left. We get as far as putting the VIP into the chopper. We both then retreat to the embassy and the attacks come. With only one man and dozens of enemy soldiers, we cannot make it. I have died at least 25 times.
Now I learn that even if I make it for a minute or so, two more tanks will show up plus lots more guys. I cannot kill them all myself.
I tried taking my man up to the 2nd floor of the level and just hunkering down on the floor to wait things out (guarding the stairs). That doesn't work. If I'm not actively fighting, the game ends on its own. That SUCKS!!!!!
If I cannot find a functional cheat for the PC that enables me to get through this damned level, I wil have to abandon the entire game. I have begun to hate the level and the entire game. One can play it only so long without getting disgusted.
Is there ANY working cheat for the PC version of the game that will give me invincibility long enough to get through the end of this level?
Is there any way to save the #$%^$&$ game without going back to the last checkpoint?

| you have to KILL ALL your enemys , i got ALL my men around the chopper , and gun the enemy down.
if the chopper does not come down , - take your men away from the chopper , then back.

| Height is always the advantage with any siege situation. Move your sniper up the stairs by manually ordering him to the middle step and then up to the first floor. At that point order him to cover the roundabout facing the point you came from before this all kicked off. Stay on the first floor and hide behind a wall until the tank becomes visible. Soon as you see it, order an Apache strike. Get your MG guys to cover the entrances.
Once you have secured the VIP quickly get your MG guys to guard entrances but from where VIP2 was down. Get back upstairs and order Apache strikes on vehicles.
I only needed to do this twice to perfect it but its ultimately good because you can come up against a LOT of enemies. You may need to order your MG guys upstairs for the cover also bearing in mind that loosing a member isn't a big hit as they all come back... just survive this yourself. !!!!

| just in case if you havn't figured this out yet: if the chopper hoovers high above ground and refuses to land it's because the landing spot is not covered by fire. select any ghost (sniper preferred) and order him to cover the landing spot. | kielu 13/12/2006 15:44 |

| Need help,
I manage to kill all the enemies including tanks and APCs. Blackhack returns to pick-up team but doesn't decend to ground level. It stays about ten feet in the air and I can't board it.
What to do?
It happens to me every time.

| You have to plan this objective in a very organized and precise manner. Few tips that will help you finish this objective:
1. At the begining of this objective make sure to move all of your team-mates inside the embassay area next to the VP2's body. Once you moved them there, make sure to stop/hold them there every few mins. This will provide them the much needed safety.
2. Once you've destroyed the first tank and evacuated the VP2, by this time chances are your team-mates have moved out to kill enemy soldiers, make sure to bring them back and hold them where teh VP2s body was placed as its the safeset area. Once you've done that IMMEDIATELY run upstairs, crouch and hide behind the damaged stairs, and slowly take out enemy soldiers one by one. You will need at least two t-mates to survive the incomming enemy fire, and make sure to save sniperman as he'll take out almost all enemy soldiers from the embassy area.
3. Take out all the tanks and APC's (Yes, airstrikes WILL destroy APCs as well) as soon as possible through air-strikes. The moment you hear the tank/apc movement, move your cursor right over them and press airstrike button even if they're behind trees and other objects. Keep track of the enemy soldiers and the incomming vehicles on your gps/map so that you have an idea where they're located so you can easily call airstrikes on them. Dont worry if you missed one or two enemy vehicles, you can always find them in the map and then airstrike them out.
Hopefully you'll kill this mission this time.
