You will meet Holly during chapter 8. You can find her near the Lestallum Power Plant. Her quests require you to search areas thoroughly, interact with valves and so on. If you have any problems with those, you can check the movies presented at the end of the chapter.

Holding Back The Dark | Complete the previous quest. | Finally, Holly will request you to check the lights in three specific places. During the inspection you will be ambushed by a group of monsters. | 4000 EXP, 10,000 Gil |
