Training - develop your players | Manager career FIFA 16 Guide

For the first time, in the history of the series, you can develop the skills of the players in your team, all by yourself. Each week, you can plan five training sessions, each one with a different player, which consists in playing a skill game. These were described in another chapter of this guide.

Skill games have been put into three difficulty categories - easy, medium and hard. The easiest ones are easy to complete, but the player profits little, in terms of his skills. The more difficult it gets, the more advantageous it is, although you are up for drudgery, in the case of the weaker players. If you do not want to strain too much, you can simulate the individual games, or the entire set - just keep in mind that the automatic sessions do no yield as good results.
