You gain some extra points by scoring goals and final match rating. Now, XP indicator should be filled with blue one. After reaching 100% of bar our footballer score next level of his experience. Every level is rewarded with bonuses as well. Now distribute points between skills.
Next window is pure statistic menu. Find a reason of lost match and poor performance. Maybe you are too harsh for your teammates? Did you dribble too much?
