After buying a sprayer, you will notice that your crops have doubled, which means that your profits are bigger now. It is a good moment to start changing the machines that you work with, which will increase the comfort of performing the necessary tasks and make them shorter.
The first necessary thing that you need to buy is a new trailer, which will allow you to gather more crop and drive to the store less frequently. For the start, purchase the HKD 302 (it costs 24 000$). You should be able to get the money after one or two harvests (remember to spray the fields after you sow). If you've joined fields no. 24 and 29, you can also sell the plow (go to the store and sell it directly - you will earn 9000$), which you won't need for now. Also, sell your old trailer and you will receive additional 4320$. By doing so, you should have no problem with obtaining the money you need. The new trailer will allow you to gather almost three times more crop.
Another useful, but "slightly" more expensive machine is a new sower - Rapid A600 S, which costs 52 000$. However, you should get the money as fast as you can, either by selling the crop or the supplies, or getting a loan. The new sowing machine will allow you to sow without the need of cultivating the land first, which means the process will take only half the time. Sowing a field will be much faster now, so do not hesitate and buy the new machine as soon as you can. This way, your older sowing machine and cultivator will be able to work on fields no. 24 and 29 interchangeably and the new tool will work on field no. 38. The only problem that you may have with Rapid A600 S is the lack of an appropriate tractor to move it. The best thing to do is to use the tractor that you use for spraying, as the time of this process is very short. Another option is to leave the trailer near the place where you harvest, use the tractor to move the sowing machine and then return for the trailer. It may be a bit unhandy, but it will considerably increase the efficiency of you work, which will pay off quickly.
When you already have a better sowing machine, the sowing process is quicker than the harvest. It is because of the small container of your harvester, which needs to be unloaded frequently. It's time to think about some new machine that would have a harvester of wider range. It should even the pace of work of both the sowing machine and the harvester. However, you should prepare yourself for high costs. Once again, if you can, use the option of getting a loan or sell some of your supplies. Otherwise, a few trailers of wheat will do. You need 150 000$ for TC5.90 harvester and 32 000$ for Varifeed 18 harvester. Don't be scared of the numbers however, as when selling the previous harvester and header, you will earn 75 000$, so the real cost will amount 106 400$ (remember to transport the machines to the store and sell them directly). It's a lot of money, but changing the equipment is necessary - at this stage of the game it will increase the pace of harvesting considerably.
Ager changing the machines described above, you should be ready to buy your first new piece of land. However, it is good to wait for a while and purchase one additional thing - another Rapid A 600S sowing machine. When selling the old sowing machine and the cultivator, you will receive 14 640$, so it would be good to earn the remaining 37 600$, as with the new harvester, it shouldn't take long .Another sowing machine that doesn't require the land to be cultivated first will allow you to use the tractor that was previously occupied and will make the works faster. If you want to earn some more, buy a FC 3525 mower for 13 500$, which will allow you to complete missions in your spare time.
Before buying and additional piece of land, you should have the following equipment:
- 2x Agrostar 6.61 tractor able to move Rapid A600S sowing machines;
- H488 tractor, used interchangeably for moving the UF 1801 sprayer (along with FT 1001 extra tank) and FC 3525 mower;
- H488 tractor attached to HKD 302 tipper;
- TC5.90 harvester with the Varifeed 18 header.
You can also wait with buying the second sowing machine, as doing the work the usual way (using a cultivator) will be enough to manage three fields and Rapid A600S will work on the two new fields (however, when deciding to buy it, you will have one free tractor and the sowing process will speed up - remember about this transaction later in the game). The tractors are your weakest point now, but you can wait with buying new ones.
