You will have 3 available levels of difficulty. They differ in terms of the money you start the game with, loan costs, status of the warehouse and market prices. Once you decide on the level, changes cannot be made. Apart from that, you can modify the difficulty level and game realism by selecting dynamic changes from the game options in Menu during the gameplay.

Time scale - it's a very important parameter. It counts the time spent in the game in reference to the real time (60x speed equals 1 second in real life and 1 minute in the game). Time affects plants and animals. You can use it in the dynamic approach and it's recommended (when you have difficulties with harvesting or you don't want to miss a good market opportunity). Speed 15-30 should be appropriate for beginners, while advanced players should use speed 60x.

Traffic - it's not a very important factor - your vehicles cannot be damaged and the traffic is not intensive enough to cause collisions or traffic jam.

Soil - affects the speed at which your machines get dirty. It's only related to the esthetic factor and does not affect the durability or the cost of exploitation. You can clean your vehicles by buying a washer from other category in the store.

Employee ... - by hiring an employee, you can make him automatically restock seed, fertilizer and other elements that are required in his job. Although, it's a practical solution, it will affect only certain factors. Remember - if the status is active, the employee will not purchase a single portion - money will be taken from your account constantly, depending on the price of the element (e.g. faster than a dollar per second if he is using an artificial fertilizer). One should carefully monitor his/her employees - if they get stuck and are not working, they will still take money from your account at the same pace!

Withering - Default setting of the hard difficulty level. If it takes too long to harvest your plants, they may whiter. If that happens, all you can do is to scarify the soil and start sowing from the beginning.

Obligatory tillage - if you want to make the game more realistic, you will be required to perform tillage instead of cultivation (every 3rd harvesting). Otherwise, your crops will become weaker.

Fertilization level - the game is set to 3 by default. This means that fertilization needs to take place three times to reach +90% of crops, each time it will increase by 30%. The fertilization level can be checked for each land on the map. Fertilization needs to take place after every stage of progress and not "all at once". This option can be set to 1.
