A self-propelled grass mower is a good idea. D300 is very convenient and the difference in price isn't enormous. A tree trimmer is also pretty handy at times.

Although vegetables and fruits grown in greenhouses have a much smaller propensity to catch diseases, it's still good to give them a nice little spray with a special fertilizer. To do that, you'll need a sprayer.
