An area, where there are several garages and a gas station. It is occupied by Atom Cats - an organization that, just like the Brotherhood of Steel, uses power armors. If you want to, and you complete several short quests, you can join them. A detailed description of how to do this has been provided in the other part of this chapter.
In the area, you can find several power armors of various types. Unfortunately, taking one is always considered theft. In spite of that, if you take one, the Cats should not attack you.
Here, you can barter with Bluejay, who is selling a little bit of everything. After you join the Cats, i.e. after you complete all of the quests described below, you can also barter with Rowdy, who is selling various parts for power armors.
In the biggest of the garages, on the hood of the car in the center, you find an Unarmed Bobblehead. Next to the car, outside, there is a generator that you can remove a fusion core from, with impunity.
In the trailer behind the garages, there is an issue of Hotrodder.

After you get there, approach the extension to the South and fix the pump. Now, find June Warwick on the farm and report on that. Return to Atom Cats Garage and report the repair to Rowdy.
