1 – Egret Tours Marina - You will meet Phyllis here. After taking to her you will be able to build a settlement in Egret Tours Marina. In the garage nearby is Wasteland Survival Guide.
2 – Cutler Bend This place is occupied by big group of mirelurks. Watch out for mirelurk kings especially. In the biggest boat is chest and safe (master level). Search the western banks of the river, there is more valuable items.
3 – Gunners Plaza - Headquarter of Gunners. You will meet here about 30-40 strong enemies. You will find many valuable items here, for example Fat Man, Guns & Bullets magazine, fusion core and Small Guns Bobblehead.
4 – West Roxbury Station - The metro station is occupied by super mutants. There is simple puzzle connected with metro trains. You will find much ammo, medicines and Tumblers Today magazine here.
5 – Shaw High School - The building is occupied by big and strong group of super mutants. In the library on first floor you can find Unstoppable magazine. To get there you need special key, which you can find in school director's office.
6 – Fallon's Department Store - Three-storey building occupied by strong group of super mutants. You will find here huge amount of cash, La Coiffe magazine and over a dozen of safes and locked containers. In the garage nearby you can find Hot Rodder magazine.
7 – Milton General Hospital - Hospital building is controlled by robots. You can find many valuable items in here. In one of closed (advanced lock) rooms lies very interesting weapon - Syringer.
8 – Jamaica Plain - It is a small town occupied by tens of ghouls. You can find many valuable items here, for example fusion cores, ammo and medicines. In the town hall's basement is hidden special "vault".
9 – University Point - Complex of several buildings is occupied by synths and mirelurks. You will find many medicines, ammo, legendary, very good laser rifle and Tesla Science magazine here.
10 – Hyde Park - It is several building connected by footbridges and controlled by bandits. You will find Grognak the barbarian magazine here.
11 – Neponset Park - Several ruined houses occupied by mirelurks.
12 – Atom Cats Garage - It is headquarter of mini-fraction Atom Cats. You can complete several short quests here and find power armors, fusion core, Hot Rodder magazine and Unarmed Bobblehead here.
13 – Quincy Quarries - This place is controlled by big group of raiders. You will find a lot of ammo and several containers (advanced and expert level).
14 – Suffolk County Charter School - The school building is occupied by ghouls. You will find a lot of valuable items here, for example fusion core, Stealth-Boy, Unstoppable magazine and several safes.
15 – Murkwater Construction Site - This place is occupied by mirelurks (one mirelurks queen). When you get rid off them you will be able to build a settlement here.
16 – Wilson Atomatoys Factory - Ruined factory controlled by super mutants. Their leader - Big Mack - has a minigun. Outside the building you can find fusion core.
17 – Quincy Ruins - Large area, which include several ruined building, which is controlled by group of raiders. You will find several legendary weapons, Guns & Bullets magazine and a lot of ammo and medicines here.
18 – Quincy Police Station - There is only several raiders around, nothing else.
19 – Peabody House - Small house with two residents.
20 – Poseidon Energy - Power station is controlled by bandits and mirelurks. You can get inside by using a pipe from the water side. You can find inside many valuable items, Tesla Science magazine for example.
21 – Wreck of the FMS Northern Star - The wreck is controlled by bandits and mirelurks. You will find some ammo and medicines here and Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor magazine and Agility Bobblehead.
22 – Warwick Homestead - Small farm, which can be your settlement when you complete one special quest for the Institute.
