Evil in Wraithmarsh
Prize: 4000 renown points, Banshee Rags
You have to search Wairtmarsh for the lost kids of Ms Spade, who you will find on the 1st floor od the Bowerstone Inn. When you reach your destination, your dog will show you the way to the brothers. After getting to the Well, climb down the ladder.
Save the two brothers from some Hollow Men, and you will learn, that they have unleashed a Banshee, which now roams Bloodstone. After everything is done, return to Ms Spade to get your prize.
