How to unlock: Automatically once you complete Gaining Credence.

Difficulty level: very easy

Rewards: Unlocks the Gas station as a Safe Zone, side quests at the Gas station, and Bilal as a quartermaster, new painting for your vehicle.

You need to get to the Gas station located south-west from Jasir's Farm. Once you get there, make your way to the roof and enter the building through the back door. Talk to Bilal, a mechanic who runs this place. From now on, you can receive side quests here. Apart from that, Bilal is a quartermaster so you should visit him regularly and pick up supplies for free.
