The second part of the fight with Mundus is much easier than the previous one. But also here you need to move between roofs if necessary.

New Mundus' attack is to throw three fireballs at Dante. But it is very easy to avoid.

Wait for moments when you can grab Mundus' mouth (1st screen). Pull to it with Angel Lift and perform strong blows (2nd screen). Repeat until the boss' health bar disappear.
